This is a week by week guide for you – to help you lose weight and become healthier.
By using this you will start integrating healthier habits into your everyday lives. We will do it slowly one week at a time. Of course you should not expect super fast results, but you surely will get results that will last.
WEEK 1: DRINK UP!
Drink upto 2 glasses of water after waking up and before brushing your teeth. Do not eat or drink anything for about 30 minutes after.
Do not worry about the size of the glass. Start with only 1 glass of water in the first few days if 2 seems too much and slowly increase to 2 by the end of the week. Japanese Water Therapy (read more about it here) suggests 4 x 160ml of water after you wake up. But again, do not push yourself. A small glass of water is just as good. The important thing is to start and make it a habit.
DO NOT use carbonated water or anything fancy. Plain clean drinking water will do the trick.
